Return Policy - NeuroShifts has a 30 day return policy on equipment. However there is a 20% restocking fee. No return whatsoever on Software. Clients who have purchased from a dealer are required to call and receive approval to return any item back to the dealer directly. NeuroShifts does not accept returns from clients who have ordered direct from dealers. All dealers have their own returnpolicy..... and they widely differ. As a rule of thumb NeuroShifts is not required to accept returns from dealers. |
